ENGLAND: THE FALL OF THE GRANDFATHER OF FREE SPEECH

Let’s be brutally honest. England, once the so-called “grandfather” of free speech and the inspiration for America’s Bill of Rights, has devolved into a socialist, surveillance-driven Banana Republic. The nation that gave us the Magna Carta and the English Bill of Rights now jails its citizens for words. Not action, words.

Where Did Free Speech Begin?

The roots of free speech go back to ancient Athens, but England was the Western world’s modern torch bearer. The English Bill of Rights of 1689 guaranteed free speech in Parliament, setting the stage for America’s First Amendment. But here’s the cold truth: England never protected free speech for the people the way America does. Their “freedom” was always conditional granted by the crown, snatched away by Parliament.

England’s Free Speech is Dead

Fast forward to today and England’s “free speech” is a joke. The UK ranks in the third tier of global free expression (The Guardian, 2023). Laws criminalize “grossly offensive” speech, whatever the government decides that means. Reports show that, on average, as many as 30 people a day are arrested for so-called hate speech on social media. Police even keep records of “non-crime hate incidents” that can haunt you for life, even if you’re never charged.

Europe’s hate speech laws? They were pioneered by communist regimes and imported into the UK under the guise of “tolerance.” Now, the British government polices thought and language, just like the Soviets did.

England’s Identity Crisis

Take a look at the major cities London, Birmingham, and Manchester. English culture is vanishing. The demographic shift is undeniable: census data shows native English are now minorities in parts of their own capital. The skyline is more about minarets and the call to prayer than cathedrals and Big Ben. This isn’t the England that inspired the West. This is cultural surrender, enabled by open borders policies and socialist rot.

America: Learn or Perish

United Shield Wall stands firm: America should only do business with countries that still value freedom, faith, and national pride. England doesn’t make the cut. Neither does Canada. They’ve lost their way and sold their souls to globalism and woke tyranny.

We will NEVER let that happen here. America is the last shield wall standing. If we fall, the world falls.
