SHIPPING POLICY
Depending on volume and demand. Once the product is made it will be shipped the same day or the next day. Due to events that are out of our control shipping can take longer than expected. You can monitor your order through the shipping part of our website.
Return & Replacement Policy
All sales are final unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
We stand behind the quality of our products, but because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or accidental orders.
What qualifies for a replacement?

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items:
If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing or printing error, or is damaged in transit, you’re eligible for a replacement at no extra cost.-
How to claim:
Submit a problem report with photos of the issue within 30 days of receiving your item.

Lost packages:
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What doesn’t qualify?

Wrong size or buyer’s remorse:
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size. Double-check your order before submitting! -
Wrong address:
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and your order is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming your address. -
Unclaimed packages:
If your order is unclaimed and returned to the facility, you are responsible for reshipment costs. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. -
Face masks or sealed health/hygiene products:
For safety reasons, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How returns work

The return address is set to our production partner’s facility (Printful). If a return is authorized, you’ll receive instructions and updates by email.

Do not return items without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If you have a problem, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
EU & International Customers

Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return under EU law except in cases of defect or damage.
In short:
We only replace items that arrive defective, misprinted, or damaged. All other sales are final.
If you have an issue, contact us with your order details and photos within 30 days, and we’ll take care of you.
