The Constitution establishes three co-equal branches of government:

Updated: May 18

Chief Justice John Roberts has once again made headlines, not for upholding the Constitution as his sworn duty demands, but for rebuking calls to impeach federal judges who have blatantly overstepped their authority. In a rare public statement, Roberts defended judicial independence, claiming that impeachment threats undermine the judiciary. But let’s dig deeper, what’s really going on here?

legislative, executive, and judicial. Each branch has its role, and the judiciary’s is clear, interpret the law, not create it. Yet, under Roberts’ watch, we’ve seen lower courts interfere with executive actions repeatedly, especially those aligned with President Trump’s America First agenda. These judges are not just interpreting the law; they’re bending it to fit their political biases. And what does Roberts do? Instead of putting these rogue judges in their place, he shields them under the guise of “judicial independence.”

Let’s be clear: independence does not mean immunity from accountability. When judges disregard the Constitution, they betray their oath and the American people. Roberts’ refusal to address this judicial overreach raises a critical question: Is he a defender of the Constitution, or is he playing both sides to maintain his image? One day, he sides with conservative values; the next, he panders to liberal narratives. This inconsistency is not leadership, it’s cowardice.

Roberts’ stance is especially troubling in light of the relentless attacks on President Trump. Lower courts have blocked Trump’s policies, not because they violate the Constitution, but because they challenge the liberal status quo. These actions are not just judicial overreach; they’re judicial activism. And Roberts’ inaction enables it.

It’s time for accountability. Any judge, including Supreme Court justices, who fails to uphold the Constitution should face consequences. Impeachment is not just an option; it’s a necessity. And for those who willfully undermine our laws? Lifetime imprisonment should be on the table. Harsh? Perhaps. But the stakes are too high for leniency. The Constitution is the bedrock of our Republic, and it must be defended at all costs.

Chief Justice Roberts needs to decide where he stands. Is he with the Constitution and the American people, or is he a sympathizer for those who seek to undermine it? Fence-sitting is not an option. The time for decisive action is now.

Never Forget. Always Resist.
